Dinner: three ounces of meat ( whatever kind) , 1 loving cup of light-green beans, 1/2 of banana, 1 pocket-size apple, together with 1 loving cup of vanilla H2O ice cream.



IMPORTANT TIP:  I had a difficult fourth dimension eating merely conception tuna.  I added this seasoning exclusively together with it was then good!  Now I relieve the calories of the mayo I used to seat inward it together with I ever swallow it amongst that seasoning!  Even the hubby likes it too!  It’s the exclusively seasoning that makes it delicious!

Breakfast: v saltine crackers, 1 acre of cheddar cheese together with a pocket-size apple
Lunch: difficult boiled egg, together with a acre of toast
Dinner: 1 loving cup of tuna, 1/2 of a banana together with i loving cup of vanilla H2O ice cream
