Practicing Yoga frequently gives you many benefits, including making you feel much better about your body as you become stronger and more flexible, reducing stress and pressure, in addition to improving your mental and physical well-being.
However the question that many people ask about yoga and weight loss is :

I also recommend to choose one of the vigorous, and fast-paced flow styles of yoga, like Ashtanga, Vinyasa or Power Yoga, These classes generally last 90 minutes and are certainly have cardio benefits.
