Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 4 ounces cream cheese, reduced fat
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest, freshly grated
- ¾ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt,
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
In a medium bowl, using a fork, break up the cheese cream. Drain any liquid from the yogurt then add this and the honey to the bowl and blend at high speed until light and creamy before stirring in the lemon.In a wine glass or dessert dish, layer the lemon cream and blueberries. If not serving, cover and refrigerate for a maximum of 8 hours.
